First. I'm really excited to share that I have recently completed my first continuing ed workshop. The workshop was hosted by the Downeast School of Massage and taught by David Lauterstein of Austin, TX. I completed 26 hours over 4 days and received to certificates of completion. David is a beautiful human and my heart and mind benefited from existing in his orbit for a short time. Can't wait until he returns next fall!
Second. The holiday season is right around the corner (whether we like it or not!) and I am happy that for once I am on top of things and have my gift certificates all printed and ready to go. These can be picked up at a scheduled time at my studio as well as mailed. Get in contact with me to work out the details.
Third. I have updated the website!
The Rates + Services page now features a massage "menu" offering detailed descriptions of the services that I offer.
I have added a page with info for hiring me for on-site chair massage. I have worked at a couple of the local hospitals and had a blast, so please contact me for more info on that. I also added a little more to the FAQ section. This whole thing is a pretty big work in progress, and it doesn't really ever feel done.
Final. I don't have any big plans for Winter. Continue to pick away at getting the studio more together (maybe a paint job? Who knows.) Mostly I hope to finally catch up on some post-grad/post-summer rest. I have a stack of books waiting to be read as well as a subscription to HBOnow (!!!). I will be working in the studio most days, and still pick up occasional tattoo appointments.
Enjoy the Fall!
